This event will run from November 11 until December 22th and will consist of two raffle rounds with exciting prizes. 1 Ticket for every purchase of $10 or more.

The Third Raffle Drawing on December 23

All online participants who follow all rules of Online Campaign will get 1 raffle ticket between November 11 – December 22 will be eligible for the third raffle on December 23. Pu’er will select winners for the Online Raffle Contest from valid entries via a random drawing. Prize is as follows:

I. Raffle entry details

1. The offline Raffle contest: From 11/11 10:00 AM CST to 12/22 08:00 PM CST, enter the raffle by placing any order of $10 or more. Earn 1 additional entry with each additional $10 order placed. Unlimited raffle entry per order. 
2. The online Raffle contest: From 11/11 10:00 AM CST to 12/22 08:00 PM CST, participate in the raffle, you must meet the following Pu’er Giveaway rules:

4. Raffle drawing date and prizes: 

• The 1st Raffle Drawing on November 22: Pu’er will select winners for the offline Raffle Contest from valid entries via a random drawing. Prizes are as follows:
  • 1st Prize – 1 winner will each receive a free iPad
  • 2nd Prize – 1 winner will each receive a Gift basket
  • 3rd Prize (x2) – 2 winners will each receive a tumbler

• The 2nd Raffle on December 23:  Pu’er will select winners for the offline Raffle Contest from valid entries via a random drawing. Prizes are as follows:
• • 1st Prize: 1 winner will each receive a free TV 55”
  • 2nd Prize: 1 winner will each receive a free iPad
  • 3rd Prize: 1 winner will each receive a Gift basket
  • 4th Prize (x3): 3 winner will each receive a Tumbler

Announcement rules: 

1. Winner will be announced on this page and will be notified by email, push notification & SMS. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and notifications are turned on so that we can reach you with updates on your entry.
2. Pu’er reserves the right to modify or interpret the terms of this event.

RAFFLE CONTEST BEGINS ON NOVEMBER 11 2023 AT 10:00 AM CENTRAL TIME AND ENDS ON DECEMBER 22 2023 AT 08:00 PM  CENTRAL TIME (“Pu’er Giveaway Deadline”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: All entries must be submitted no later than Pu’er Giveaway Deadline by placing order at Puer-Katy Store over $10 or participating in the Online raffle contest between November 11, 2023 10:00 AM CST and December 22, 2023 08:00 PM CST the Pu’er Giveaway Deadline.  

No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered or mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries will be accepted. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, all of which are void. All entries become the exclusive property of Pu’er. Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received by the Pu’er Giveaway Deadline in a random drawing on November 22, 2023 (the “1st Drawing”) and December 23, 2023 (the “2nd Drawing). The Drawings will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Pu’er Giveaway Contest.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS: There will be eleven (11) prizes awarded as follows:

• One (1) winner will receive a free 1 TV- 55″
• Two (2) winners will receive a free iPad
• Two (2) winners will each receive a Gift basket
• Five (5) winners will each receive Pu’er Tumbler

All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries.)  Limit: one prize per person, family or household. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest opens to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Winners shall be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winners if Declarations are not completed at the time that prizes are awarded. Winners agree to Sponsor’s use of Winners’ name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

6. GENERAL: This Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest is void outside the United States and were prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Texas. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest if any cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on the Pu’er website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and his/her Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest entry) from this Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Pu’er Giveaway raffle contest. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.

7. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PU’ER – SIP, SAVOR & GIVEAWAY RAFFLE 2023 IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. WINNERS LIST: To obtain a list of winners, send an email message to puertaiwantea@gmail.com and type “PU’ER – SIP, SAVOR & GIVEAWAY – Winter RAFFLE 2023” in the subject line. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winners. Any requests for the list of winners must be received by PU’ER by December 23, 2023.
